Hello I'm Maria!

I've worked with children and young people for over 15 years and have a background covering many different sectors including performing arts and education. 

​

I started teaching dance and drama, and then went on to become a choreographer and actress. I later worked in nurseries, schools, and an international boarding school, followed by work in a residential children's home. 

​

I recently became a new mum and my daughter Savannah and I are so excited about welcoming you all to Kids Cove and having lots of fun with us!

Hi I'm Juliet!

I have been teaching and working with young children for over 18 years, gaining experience through schools, dance classes, toddler and baby classes, and youth work. 

One of my main passions is dance! I trained as both a dancer and choreographer and went on to teach in primary and secondary education, as well as working with dance companies and running my own classes including Baby Ballet. 

From there I was involved in local youth work, and became a class leader for music classes designed for babies and toddlers.

I had my first baby during lockdown, where I realised how important these kinds of sessions are. Last year we had baby no.2 and we are all so excited to experience this playgroup with you!

I have worked in the childcare sector for over 20 years. My experience ranges from childminding, being a nursery assistant and working in SEN schools as a teaching assistant. 

I then went on to open my own dance school to offer fun and engaging classes to children from preschool ages up to adults. 

I love teaching the students different styles of dance and allowing them to create their own moves, and I hope to bring some of that same creativity to Kids Cove.
